Growing up in Ballarat, Caitlin attended Ballarat Grammar School before working in hospitality which has gained her a passion for exceptional customer service. Having worked within the real estate industry since 2013, Caitlin boasts not only extensive experience but exceptional organisational skills and a warming personality. These qualities play an integral part in her role as a Property Manager for Buxton Ballarat.
Caitlin was privileged to have gained further experience with the advantage of assisting in a family run business prior to real estate which is where she gained her people skills, on top of her brilliant communication abilities, whilst enjoying the challenge of continually expanding her knowledge and qualifications.
