Jake brings 10 years of sales/real estate experience including 3 years of property management experience which allows him to give the best advise on either owner occupy or investment properties.
Jake has also brought and renovated properties around Ballarat giving him the knowledge of what and what not to do when looking to complete similar projects.
Living in Learmonth and Ballarat all his life, recently moving back to Learmonth and also running a very successful Air BnB Jake understands the difference between the city and the rural aspects of Real Estate and has a broad network of friends and family in the surrounding region.

Jake grew up in Learmonth and played football for the local club while also playing Basketball for Drummond St in his early years. He then attended Ballarat High School and graduated in 2008.
An avid fan of technology, Jake enjoys flying his drone and making his house into a smart home and is always looking for new ways to make things more connected.
On the weekends Jake can be found renovating and landscaping, detailing his cars and looking after his menagerie of animals!
