Highly social, well organised and committed to delivering excellent service, Lu brings a valuable combination of interpersonal skill and real estate passion to her role as a Property Manager with our Ballarat Office.

From recently coming from Melbourne City Jaguar, Land Rover Lu has sharpened skills in a variety of roles that have allowed her to develop a thorough understanding of customer service. As a clear communicator with a caring, friendly demeanour, she is able to build relationships with people from all backgrounds and effectively navigate the most complex of circumstances with ease.

Dedicated to helping her clients achieve outstanding outcomes, Lu’s wealth of strong negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of the local rental market are used to her clients’ advantage every day.

Exceptional attention to detail and conflict resolution capabilities round out Lu’s comprehensive skill set, helping her achieve the strongest possible outcome for not only her tenants but her Landlords as well. And of course a safe and happy home for her tenants.
