Effective and regular communication to all stakeholders is at the forefront of Kim's interactions. She empowers buyers and sellers to make informed decisions by providing accurate, relevant, and insightful information, combined with an honest professional opinion. Kim believes it is essential in any industry to provide great service, but to be successful, it is critical to add value to every transaction, and it is this that Kim strives to do for her clients.
Every individual has unique circumstances and varying real estate needs. Kim's down-to-earth nature and approachability gives her the innate ability to understand people's requirements in order to create a personalised and tailored solution.
Kim's approach is simple when it comes to selling homes. The home owner is first and foremost in all her dealings and by exhausting her extensive network of buyers, and using technology to gain a competitive advantage, her ultimate goal is achieving the best results possible.
Buyers can also benefit from Kim's expert knowledge of the Boroondara area. Being a resident herself, she is well connected and heavily involved in the local community. Kim understands the economic factors and other external influences that can impact property prices which she believes is key to making astute decisions and preventing costly mistakes.
Boroondara's leafy green spaces and outdoor lifestyle are a main attraction for Kim and her family, spending plenty of downtime in the neighbourhood parks or hitting the Koonung Trail for some bike riding. She is the secretary of the St Aidan's tennis club where she plays socially, and is actively involved in the school community. Kim is an avid foodie: when she's not soaking up the sunshine in the outdoors, she can be found browsing the aisles of Leo's Fine Foods, Toscano's and Apples & Sage, or sitting down for a family dinner at Kew's, Dawson Restaurant.
