Starting out in a grass-roots business-to-business role, Oliver Muehlke earned his stripes cold-calling, door-knocking and doing the hard yards selling face-to-face. It was a start that provided exceptional motivation for success …and has led him to appreciate the relative luxury of the long lead times, genuine connections and sophisticated negotiations of the real estate sales environment.
Exceptionally aware that he is involved in the sale of his clients’ largest asset and their greatest investment, Oliver welcomes the opportunity to build relationships with vendors, engage buyers, and take part in the strategic marketing that results in a beyond-expectation sale. A natural salesperson, brings real respect and rare authenticity to every stage of every sale – applying the same relaxed demeanour and good humour that characterises all his relationships.
Oliver’s authenticity is matched by an exceptional level of tenacity, with a naturally friendly approach countered by a steely determination to achieve the best result. From engaging potential purchasers in the benefits of the property, to tapping into their motivations, to managing their expectations, Oliver’s primary aim is to ensure an energetic and motivated group of buyers at auction or around the sales table.
Raised in the bayside area as the second of five brothers, Oliver’s big busy family life has been central to the development of his competitive and caring nature. From a family of makers engaged in creating music and art, Oliver has stands out for his love of sport - playing basketball, tennis and AFL football for Mordi-Braeside. However, as befitting a move into real estate, Oliver has found a new sporting interest in golf. While he still classifies himself as a ‘grass-roots’ golfer, his proven ability to move onward and upward promises a competitive future.
