Sarah Maniapoto is a dedicated and results-driven Senior Property Manager. Sarah has over a decade of experience in property management, and has been with Buxton since 2016. During this time, she has managed a wide variety of properties, from cosmopolitan St Kilda apartments through to houses in blue-chip Bentleigh and Brighton, giving her a strong background in all aspects of management.

This experience, combined with her innate communication skills, has given Sarah a great strength in being able to build ongoing rapport and professional relationships. Facilitating timely support and issue-resolution on behalf of property owners, working with renters and service providers to maintain continual satisfaction. Strong management results in secure tenancies and well-maintained properties, and Sarah’s portfolio proves time and time again, that this leads to optimised operations and increased properties values.

Sarah has an in-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, to ensure that all parties are acting according to their rights and responsibilities. With advanced knowledge of all legislation being a key part of managing your property, this is imperative in providing a high level of service. As a Senior Property Manager, she also shares her experience and broad knowledge of the industry to assist the wider team at Buxton Bentleigh.

Outside of work, Sarah maintains her work-life balance as a seasoned triathlete. You may see her swimming, bike-riding and running the Bayside region.
