A real estate professional since 2012, Sarah Maniapoto has worked across a range of real estate disciplines. From permanent positions with big brand real estate agencies, to time working as a trouble-shooting "hired-gun" temporary Property Manager, Sarah's diverse background has prepared her for anything she might encounter on the mean-streets of Bentleigh!
Managing properties around the bay from cosmopolitan St Kilda, to blue-chip Brighton, and just about everywhere in between, Sarah has worked with all types of property and every type of personality. With residential portfolios ranging from small one bedroom apartments, to brand new million-dollar homes, Sarah understands that while tenants' requests can vary widely, their needs are often the same - to be listened to, responded to, and treated with respect.
It's an approach that adds real value, as happy tenants translate into secure tenancies and well-maintained properties. It's also an approach that comes naturally to Sarah, as she prefers to work face-to-face or over the phone - building bridges and circumventing problems. Ultra-organised and always accountable, Sarah never fails to put in the hard yards - documenting, communicating and taking action the minute the chat is done.
This balance between amenability and accountability spills over into Sarah's out of work life too. With a former career in the adventure tourism industry, Sarah knows that hard work can be fun... and vice-versa. Committed to well-being with an on-going love of the outdoors, she finds perfect balance by starting the day with a cross-fit session or beach-run before channelling her energy into her clients' properties and her tenants' needs.
