Since 2011, Ben has led a Melbourne-based property development company specialising in multi-residential projects.

Ben was born in Qingdao, China and is fluent in Mandarin and English. After arriving in Australia, he achieved a Master of Business (Accounting) from the University of South Australia. During his time as an international student, Ben worked as an immigration lawyer's assistant, nurturing a broad network of local and international connections that he keeps in regular touch with.
A natural entrepreneur, Ben went on to own and successfully run an Australia Post outlet and Tattslotto agency in Camberwell. In his first year of running the business, lottery sales increased by 120%. In the second year he began preparations to enter the real estate industry and in the third year Ben successfully sold the business by himself, within one month.
With his business savvy and ethos of respect, it's easy to see why Ben has slotted in so effortlessly to the vibrant Buxton team.
Working and residing in Melbourne's east has equipped Ben with a fantastic local knowledge. Away from work, Ben relaxes by spending time with family and friends.
