A former General Manager and Sales Executive of a blue chip, building materials company he has access to an invaluable network of leading architects, builders and specialist trades.
Chris imparts in-depth knowledge to his vendors with regard to bringing a property to market; he has a keen eye for presentation and always asks, “What will it take to get the best price for my client?” He has personally bought, sold, renovated and built many homes in and around Melbourne and the Bayside area, and has devised key sales and marketing strategies through his own experiences.
A dedicated family man living in Brighton with his wife and two children, Chris values Buxton’s connection to the community.
