A third generation local with a career in Bayside real estate spanning over 3 decades, Phil is a Brighton specialist in truest sense of the word. Possessing a most valuable knowledge of properties and their values, a strong network and a true love of the area, he has proudly called Buxton's Church Street flagship office home for the last 20 years.
Having grown up with the people of Brighton and watching their children grow alongside his own Phil's career has revolved around people and personalities as much as property. Known for his ability to build genuine relationships across all levels with an easy-going nature and relaxed approach, his powers of communication are always focused on achieving more than the desired outcome for his clients.
Genuinely interested in the characters he meets every day, his ability to build lasting bonds has translated into a career based repeat and referral business established through fostering long term relationships. For Phil, every person he represents has the potential to become a lifelong client, and most of them do! Now routinely selling the third and, sometimes, fourth homes of his dedicated vendors, he has watched as generations of Bay side home-buyers move from first-apartment, to first renovation, to family home, to empty nest.
Time away from work has tended to be focused on the bay & the lifestyle his favourite suburb has to offer. A keen sailor and tennis player, Phil sailed competitively for many years from Royal Brighton, but is now drawn to the calmer waters of the Gippsland lakes. But while holidays may be spent at the lakes, Phil's true heart lies in Brighton the location he knows so well.
