An international PhD student of linguistics, who fell in love with the Great Ocean Road & south-west coast of Victoria; Nina Kazimzade made the move to Geelong two years ago to embrace her new home and its lifestyle. She kick started her property management journey after moving houses and interacting with a number of real estate agents as a consequence. She believes, that as an international student and migrant to Geelong, she can certainly act as a bridge for other migrants and first-time renters, especially women who are making the move from overseas all by themselves.
Born and bred in Azerbaijan; a country famous for regularly holding the Formula 1 Grand Prix she also spent a substantial part of her childhood growing up in Russia. She is linguistically proficient in five languages and as an international student, navigating through a new country and its nuances was certainly a learning curve. Whilst dealing with property managers and owners as a young tenant herself, she received a great deal of insight into the profession and its challenges and this fascinated her to fill the void and become a bridge for other young migrants like herself.
Nina is able to share her unique perspective to others in understanding complex rental and property matters in a simplistic manner. This is a very valuable skill set and she prides herself on her communication and background research, something that her studies and PhD skills have ingrained in her. She brings a unique perspective to her role and prides herself on her high levels of efficiency and getting her details right.
Nina of course enjoys travelling and is happily making her home in Australia. She loves history, documentaries as well as socialising with her friends.
