Drawn to property management by its fast pace and always evolving responsibilities, Miranda thrives in an environment where each day brings new people, new properties and new ways to enhance her landlords’ investment.
With tertiary business qualifications as a foundation, Miranda has built a wide-ranging career from Melbourne to the Gold Coast. Living and working in these very different markets has provided a diverse experience; from one bedroom commuter apartments rented to busy singles, to established homes fit for growing families, to beachside mansions leased to Queensland celebrities and politicians. Yet, no matter where the property is, or who the tenants are, Miranda promises the same equitable approach.
The insight and empathy that comes with this diversity of experience allows Miranda to go beyond customer service to providing a complete customer experience. Quick call-backs, pro-active maintenance and a caring attitude are the ‘secret weapon’ that minimise stress for her clients and maximise value at all stages of the leasing and maintenance of their properties.
Since returning to her Melbourne home-base, Miranda has put her strong local knowledge of the southern bayside suburbs to good use. Choosing to make her home on the Mornington Peninsula, she understands all the reasons investors buy (and tenants rent) around the bay. Outside of work, Miranda enjoys a lifestyle focused on friends, family and fun…and the occasional foray into the city in search of good food and great entertainment.
