Very much a people person with a strong work ethic and a seemingly unquenchable desire to assist, bubbly Hayley is a perfect fit for her role managing the busy reception and concierge function of our St Kilda office. Here, her engaging and friendly nature put people immediately at ease, allowing Hayley’s clear communication and problem solving skills to promptly resolve any query or refer the enquiry to the correct professional. Completely committed to developing her career in real estate, Hayley assists both the sales and property management teams with administration and marketing, aiming to broaden her skill set and understanding of the various roles her chosen profession provides.

After graduating from high school in her hometown of Mildura, Hayley completed qualifications in Design and Business and spent several years working with her father in his car dealership. It’s this time she credits as her best education, learning the value of hard work, showing up and developing quality relationships through integrity and respect – a value system very much in alignment with the Buxton brand.

Now living in Melbourne, Hayley loves the relaxed St Kilda lifestyle, the beach, the bars and cafes, the cosmopolitan community. As a natural born explorer, she enjoys discovering new places, especially off-the-beat walking tracks and eateries and has travelled extensively through Europe.
