The lounge area is well furnished with lounge suite and flat screen tv. The property also has a gas heater and split system.
The bathroom has a separate shower and bath and there is also a separate toilet.

Outside are well maintained gardens and lawns and a very nice pergola area.
There is parking for 2 vehicles off street.
