A keen traveller, Carla’s fascination with diverse cultures has enriched her ability to build genuine rapport with clients from every background, assisting her manage a comprehensive portfolio whilst overseeing crucial aspects such as communication with tenants and landlords, conducting routine inspections, efficiently managing arrears and conducting rental reviews amongst other responsibilities. Away from work, Carla lives in Port Phillip close to the beach.
