What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I live in Malvern East and my children attend the local primary school and kindergarten, so this is an area I know and experience every day as both a local resident and a real estate agent. Living and working here gives me a genuine connection to the community and allows me to meet more people, build local relationships, and stay closely in touch with what makes the area so appealing. When it comes to speaking with buyers, I can do.

What’s something only locals know about this area?
Only locals really know that Billie’s Elle’s serves some of the best pizza in Melbourne it’s one of those neighbourhood spots people happily travel for, but locals are lucky enough to have on their doorstep. Right next door, The South Levain is a favourite for what many locals would argue are some of the best croissants in the area . It’s those kinds of hidden gems that give Malvern East it’s real character beyond the parks. communicative working relationships each clearly contribute to his clients being the winners. When Brett is not selling Real Estate his other passion is Golf.
