Hollie was born and raised in Ballarat, after graduating from Damascus college in 2020 Hollie went straight into an Assistant Restaurant Manager role, where she learned excellent problem-solving skills and really focused on mastering the customer service experience.
Hollie has also worked at an award-winning winery as a Venue Coordinator and an Events Manager operating the bistro and coordinate weddings. Hollie truly learnt the importance of communication and delivering exceptional service with the diversity of roles she has already enjoyed.
Hollie is now working as the receptionist for Buxton Ballarat and is in the process of completing her certificate IV in Property Services.
In her spare time Hollie enjoys spending time with her friends and family and is always accompanied by her dog Violet.
