Kathy’s career has been firmly grounded in real estate since she first started working as a weekend receptionist. From there, she progressed to work in property management, sales administration and as a senior personal assistant and trust accountant. She is a qualified Agent’s Representative and she also has a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Neuroscience and Psychology, and a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing).

Kathy is our Finance Manager, overseeing the accounts team, working closely with Director and Head of Finance, David Longmuir, managing company accounts, budgets and planning.

Naturally drawn to working with numbers, she is meticulous and methodical, bringing a thorough understanding of the strict legislative and regulatory requirements involved in administering trust accounts. Kathy’s expertise and dedication ensure our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

In 2024, Kathy joined the Buxton Mornington Peninsula Leadership Team, where she has become a trusted and valued member of the team.

Kathy grew up and has always lived on the Mornington Peninsula. Once an adventurous traveller, time away from the office these days is spent playing board games and watching sci-fi shows and movies with her family, reading and keeping fit and active outdoors.
