What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I genuinely listen before offering advice. I don’t believe every client needs the same strategy or communication style, so I take the time to understand what matters to them, what concerns them and what a successful outcome actually looks like in their eyes.
My background in construction and design also means I tend to notice things others may overlook. Whether it’s the quality of a renovation, the potential of a floorplan or how a home should be presented, I can give practical advice and explain the reasoning behind it without overcomplicating things.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
My path into real estate hasn’t been entirely conventional. I studied biological sciences, construction and design, and each has shaped the way I work today. Science taught me to examine the details, construction gave me a deeper understanding of how properties come together, and design helped me recognise how presentation can influence the way people experience a home.
Real estate brought all of those interests together with something I’ve always enjoyed—meeting people, understanding what motivates them and negotiating a strong outcome.
What are some core values you live by?
Be honest, stay curious and treat people properly.
Property decisions can carry a lot of financial and emotional weight, so I believe clients deserve advice that is considered, direct and genuinely in their best interests. I’m naturally competitive and I’ll always work hard for the strongest possible result, but never at the expense of trust.
Outside of work, whether I’m playing padel, following motorsport, taking photos or spending time with dog and cats, I’m usually learning, competing or finding a new interest to explore. That same energy and curiosity naturally carries into my work.
