Erin is a Senior Property Manager who has been in real estate since 2006, with a strong background in communication, problem solving and portfolio care. Having grown up around Bonbeach and Carrum, she brings local understanding and a calm, professional approach to property management, treating each investment with the attention and responsibility she would give her own.

What's your personal connection to the neighbourhood?

I spent my teenage years in Bonbeach and have many childhood memories of the area, including riding racehorses at Carrum Beach when I was an apprentice jockey. Those experiences gave me a strong and lasting connection to the local community.

What do your clients commonly say you do differently?

I focus on clear communication with both property owners and renters, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. I also monitor property performance carefully and manage each investment with the same care I would give my own.

What are some core values you live by?

Integrity, professionalism and problem solving guide my work. I believe in acting ethically, maintaining strong standards and finding practical solutions when challenges arise.

Tell us about any community initiatives you're proud of

I am a fully qualified equine show judge and level assessor, volunteering more than 100 hours each year across Victoria. It is a meaningful way for me to contribute to a community I care deeply about.
