What's your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I grew up in the area for much of my childhood and into early adulthood, spending time across Seaford and the surrounding suburbs. That history gives me a genuine connection to the community.

Clients often value my communication style. I work hard to keep everyone on the same page and provide regular updates so matters feel clear and well managed.
