Mikaela is a highly organised and people-focused Corporate Assistant who supports the Buxton corporate team across technology, reporting, marketing, events, and day-to-day operations. As an adaptable all-rounder with a passion for problem-solving, she helps keep the office running smoothly and ensures the team always has what they need to excel.
Beginning her career in healthcare, Mikaela ran her own Myotherapy business and worked in elite sports before transitioning into the role of COO at a healthcare company. There, she refined her operational and leadership skills and discovered a passion for the business side of the industry, leading her to focus on team support and creating seamless organisational systems.
With a newfound interest in real estate after purchasing her first home, Mikaela is excited to contribute to Buxton’s growth, provide meaningful support across the network, and continue expanding her skills within the industry.
Outside of work, Mikaela enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time outdoors. She and her partner, Olly, are also kept busy by their energetic puppy, Finn.
