In 1997, Russell Flynn commenced his Buxton Real Estate Group journey. With a career spanning over two decades in the Real Estate Franchising and Office ownership sectors, Russell has hands on experience across all levels and roles in the Real Estate sector. A team player and natural leader, he is a trusted mentor who is determined to uphold the legacy of Buxton, its people, values and culture.

Russell’s role as General Manager allows him to bring out the best in people through his extensive skills and experience in leading teams, relationship management, business development as well as day to day business operations and strategy. Russell’s objective first and foremost is creating and maintaining an environment in which all of Buxton’s people will thrive.

Away from the business, Russell loves spending time with his wife, Siobhan and two daughters, Chloe and Amelie. When time permits, exploring Victorian venues and sights is a passion, together with snow skiing and attempting to improve an almost hopeless golf game.
