With a career forged in high-performing property management teams and a track record of leadership within his first three years in the industry, Lachie brings precision, drive, and a people-first mindset to his role as Buxton Port Philip’s Business Development Manager.

Starting in real estate with an award-winning, nationwide agency Lachie quickly advanced from Senior Property Manager to Team Leader, overseeing a team of eight and a personal portfolio of more than 200 properties. His early success was recognised when he was named runner-up for Rookie Property Manager of the Year (VIC/TAS) and later as a finalist for Property Manager of the Year in 2024.

As a valuable member of the property management team, Lachie is responsible for developing Buxton Port Phillip’s rental property portfolio through strong landlord and investor relationships built on service excellence, superior market knowledge and strategic decision making. He thrives on creating long-term value for investors through clear communication, efficient systems, and an unwavering commitment to results and professional development.

Backed by a Cert IV in Real Estate Practice and formal Agents Representative qualifications, Lachie combines his industry knowledge with a strong sense of purpose. A disciplined approach to work is matched by a personal commitment to self-improvement—whether through weight training, a love of sport, or a daily focus on growth. He credits this balance with helping him show up as a steady, solutions-focused partner for his existing and prospective clients.

Away from the office, Lachie is a dedicated gym-goer, passionate soccer fan, and proud of his Macedonian heritage.
