Rob Manning has joined the Buxton Geelong East team with over 10 years of real estate experience. Having positioned himself previously in the sales market and then in corporate real estate, Rob saw an opportunity to further strengthen his skill set by joining the rental management team.
His core strengths and personality traits are steeped in customer service, reliability, problem solving and honesty. Core values of what property management is all about. And this is what has led Rob to such an ease of adjustment in entering his new role.
Having a sales background puts Rob right at the elite level with stakeholder communication and he naturally strives for the best outcomes; be it leasing a property, property maintenance or everyday enquiry. Real estate gives him the opportunity to showcase his natural flair for communication and client satisfaction and he has adapted to his new role seamlessly.
Outside of the office, Rob loves nothing more than the great outdoors. Camping with his wife and two sons, fishing, kayaking, mountain bike riding and anything else they can do to lap up being outside and preferably away in the country. That’s where you’ll find him at every available opportunity.
