Will Jones is part of the exciting new generation of talent making their way in the Geelong real estate industry.

Will shifted to Geelong at a young age and completed all of his schooling, including his VCE year in Geelong and is passionate about the area.

Previous to his entry into real estate, he worked in the plumbing industry and got his sales grounding through the supply arm of the business. It was here that he learnt of his passion for meeting new people and helping provide high levels of customer service. It wasn’t long before his natural interest in real estate, borne out of an affinity for both exterior and interior design, started bubbling to the surface and he commenced his career with Buxton.

Will cites that the education modules in his early days in real estate helped continue his interest in the field and learning how different processes work, the law that sits behind them and how everything then comes together through the sales’ journey, has been a highlight so far and something that has underlined why he chose to enter real estate.

That passion for meeting people and providing his brand of customer service has only strengthened since he commenced at the Geelong East office. Making connections with people on their own home journey has been one of his great drivers and he prides himself on being able to assist along the way and for the high level of service that he provides.

Will has high ambitions in real estate and has relished his education and learning the finer points and continues to fuel his passion.

Outside of business, Will loves his basketball and plays throughout the week and gets to practice and hit the gym whenever he can. His passion for playing is only matched by his love of the American NBA and the NFL which he balances in equal portions with his love of his beloved Geelong Cats in the AFL.
