Her journey began at the front desk as a receptionist, where she developed a strong customer-service foundation and an eye for detail. As she worked her way through numerous positions across the industry, Eden developed a comprehensive understanding of property management, compliance, leasing, and the operational and people-focused aspects that keep a department running smoothly.
Eden’s career truly flourished when she joined the Newtown office as a Property Manager. Her strong leadership qualities and ability to excel in high-pressure environments saw her quickly appointed as 2IC. From there, she was selected to step into the Department Manager role at the Geelong North office—an opportunity that highlighted both her capability and her drive for continuous growth. In this role, Eden has implemented a range of effective policies, streamlined procedures, and improved systems designed to support her team and deliver a seamless experience for renters and rental providers alike. Her proactive mindset and dedication to improvement have contributed significantly to the efficiency and culture of the department.
Outside the office, Eden values balance, family, and living life fully. You’ll often find her exploring Geelong’s vibrant restaurants and cafés, experimenting in the kitchen, or recharging through fitness—whether that’s sweating it out at the gym or bringing her competitive energy to the netball court. She brings the same enthusiasm and discipline to her personal life as she does to her professional work.
