Joel Evans is the consummate customer service professional.
Having come from a background in the travel industry, his attention to detail, relationships and communication is second to none. A real estate natural, Joel has of course travelled extensively but also had the great fortune in working overseas for 4 years in the US where he was constantly on the road conducting interviews and screening applicants; a role which has seen him adapt to property management with incredible ease.
Joel entered the property market himself at a young age and found a great affinity with the industry from an early age. His time in travel definitely gave him a great grounding for his real estate calling and he is the first to admit that the transferral of his greatest strengths has made the transition very easy. His easy going nature and great confidence in his abilities have been a great asset in learning the ropes and gaining knowledge.
A great personality around the office, Joel also is quick to strike up rapport to all parties involved in property management and takes pride in putting people at ease and walking them through each process. He is quick to identify open homes, routine inspections and leasing as key areas where he shines.
A self-proclaimed dog person, Joel has a German Shepherd and still loves to travel whether it be home or away.
