Endlessly energetic and exceptionally personable, Jordan Butler's life took a turn out of the bayside suburbs on receiving a football scholarship to board at Melbourne Grammar. Beyond the advantages of a great education, the opportunity came with new networks and fresh friendships that took him to large farming properties in the Western Districts and rural NSW and, ultimately, to an early career as a jackaroo and interim farm-manager.
Back in the city, this diverse and active experience has become the foundation for Jordan’s approach to life and real estate. Balancing an incredibly approachable, always up-for-a-chat personality with a fearless approach, Jordan brings a level of well-directed energy that gets the job done with minimum fuss, maximum output and no-excuses given...or ever required.
Always moving, always working and always committed to a winning result, Jordan’s pro-active nature combines with a level of discipline and attention-to-detail honed in the both the bush and on the sporting field. Learning quickly that unfocused energy is wasted energy, Jordan is a firm believer in setting goals and following through with the time, effort and drive required to achieve a beyond-expectation sales price.
Brought up bayside with a love of the outdoors and a world of competitive sport, Jordan’s commitment to his clients and their properties now sees him more focused on following up potential buyers than chasing a ball. He does, however, admit to a growing love of golf as the perfectly focused outlet for his energy and drive.
