From attending McKinnon Primary School and Secondary College to playing football at St Paul's Football Club, this has always been home. Sebastian was involved throughout, and our experience was poor. We confirmed a 5% deposit, yet a 10% payment was processed after we were told it wouldn’t be, which sent our account overdrawn. It then took several days and many calls to resolve and recover the funds. Support around arranging access/walkthrough and the final inspection also felt difficult. Overall, not the service we expected.
