At home at Buxton for over two decades, Pam Arcuri is one of the business’s most long-standing and loyal team members ...and one of the most loved. Leaving behind studies in Accounting to take a role at Buxton in the early 2000’s, Pam has worked her way through virtually every role in the business. From fronting reception, to co-ordinating advertising, to standing on the frontline as a Personal Assistant to senior sales staff, Pam has done it all… before bringing her formidable expertise to the management of our landlords’ investments.
Naturally warm, immensely approachable and endlessly engaging, Pam is the ultimate people person; here every interaction is driven by a real respect and genuine desire to be of service. No job is complete until the smallest detail has been covered, and no day is over until everyone is happy. A complete natural when it comes to building relationships, Pam lives in a conflict-free world; it’s a world where problems re-align and people fall happily into line under her perpetual positivity.

Committed to putting the needs of her clients first, Pam’s high-level organisational skills allow here to seamlessly manage a gruelling routine of inspections, maintenance and feedback …all in the pursuit of reducing costs and enhancing the value of her clients’ assets.
Whether front of house working with tenants, or behind the scenes working to secure property owners’ investments, Pam’s ability to make everyone feel at home follows her through life. As part of a close-knit family, Pam’s world is centred on her two school-age sons and the home she has created for them…most recently keeping an eye on the construction of their brand new dream home. For Pam, home is wherever she is with her boys …and one of their favourite places is at the end of a pier catching the sun and bringing their catch of the day!
