Growing up in a family of business owners and investors, Stephanie Pickett had many career paths to choose from after completing her Bachelor of Business at Deakin University. Her passion for property, however, led her to pursue real estate, a field she had long been drawn to. Soon after obtaining her Agent’s Representative Licence, Stephanie joined Hampton East’s leading real estate team.

Stephanie is a genuine “people person,” dedicated to connecting with others and making a positive impact on their lives. Her background as a disability care worker during her university years highlights her empathetic nature, a quality she brings to her current role by providing exceptional care for both landlords and tenants.

Understanding that tenant satisfaction is key to a successful investment, Stephanie approaches her work with energy and commitment. She goes above and beyond to ensure the security of her clients' properties, carefully matching rental providers with the right tenants and ensuring smooth transitions in the leasing process.

Outside of her professional life, Stephanie’s connection to the community runs deep. As a third-generation member of Sandringham Yacht Club, she has represented the state in sailing competitions during her teenage years and continues to enjoy time on the water. Just as she navigates the ocean with confidence, Stephanie is here to guide her clients through the leasing and management process with expertise and care.
