What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
My friends and family live here, and I grew up around Bell Post Hill before moving to Bannockburn. All of my schooling was in Geelong, so I have strong personal ties to the region.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Clients often say I communicate well and keep them updated. I try to be proactive so issues are dealt with early and nothing gets missed. Clear communication helps everyone feel more confident.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
I’ve worked across different property management roles, starting in leasing, then assisting and now managing my own portfolio. That progression has given me strong practical experience. Each role has helped me understand the detail needed to manage properties well.
