Having managed his own real estate projects with his wife whom also works for Buxton and a father who was a local builder, there is clearly a passion for the industry.
Roger has a keen interest in football and music and has played in many local bands over the years including being an original member of the Glitter Gang. He also loves camping and travels whenever possible with his wife and two children.
