Originally from Canada, April Reddy moved to Australia with her family at the age of 15. With real estate in her blood - her father having been in the industry for over 40 years. April was drawn to the dynamic nature of property management from an early age. She fondly remembers accompanying her dad to open homes, captivated by the excitement of helping people find their dream property. Inspired by those early experiences, she carved her own path in real estate, bringing passion, expertise, and a client-first approach to every role she has taken on.
April’s real estate journey began at 19 as a Receptionist and Property Management Assistant before transitioning into a Business Development Manager role in 2014. Three years later, she stepped into Property Management and has since become a highly respected Senior Property Manager. With a sharp eye for detail and a strategic mindset, April takes immense pride in delivering outstanding results - one of her career highlights being achieving 0% rent arrears, a testament to her diligence and proactive management style.
Known for her commitment to building long-term relationships with both rental providers and renters, April’s approach is built on trust, transparency, and open communication. She works closely with clients to understand their unique investment goals, ensuring their assets are well-optimised and expertly managed. Her passion for problem-solving and adaptability in an ever-changing market make her an invaluable asset to the Buxton team.
Outside of work, April cherishes time with her partner of 10 years and their two daughters, who keep her busy with ballet, tap dancing, swimming, and singing lessons. With a baby boy on the way, family remains at the heart of everything she does. She also enjoys hitting the gym, taking road trips, and traveling whenever possible.
Since joining Buxton Inner West, April has loved getting to know the local community—especially exploring the fantastic café scene. Proud of her Canadian roots, she brings warmth, dedication, and a wealth of experience to the team, ensuring that every client feels supported and confident in their property journey.
