With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Charmaine joined Buxton in 2019, bringing her extensive knowledge and passion for property management. Born into a real estate family, Charmaine was inspired by her father’s career to follow a similar path and establish her own successful journey in the industry.

Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Business in Property degree from RMIT, equipping her with a strong academic foundation to complement her practical experience. She prides herself on delivering friendly and exceptional customer service, always striving to help both renters and rental providers navigate their property journeys with ease and efficiency.

Charmed by Yarraville’s village vibe, outdoor dining, cafés and unique venues such as the Sun Theatre, Charmaine can also be found exploring the diverse food scene in Footscray, spending time outdoors along the Maribyrnong River trails or in the area's many beautiful parks.

Outside of work, Charmaine is a devoted mother to two boys and an avid supporter of the Western Bulldogs, even securing a win in the office footy tipping competition! Charmaine’s dedication to her work, combined with her wealth of industry experience, makes her an invaluable asset to the Buxton team.
