With nearly two decades of industry experience, Jessica brings a calm, capable presence and a genuine passion for real estate to her role as Executive Assistant to Director, Matthew John.

Originally from Bendigo, Jessica began her real estate career in 2006, working alongside her father at PH Property, the family-run agency he founded. Since then, she’s gained experience across nearly every facet of the business - from property management and trust accounting to sales support and consulting. After spending two years living and working in London, Jessica returned to the industry with a renewed appreciation for its fast-paced, people-focused nature.

In 2020, she made the move to Melbourne, settling in the Inner West. Instantly drawn to the area’s vibrant energy and strong sense of community, she now calls it home with her partner, two-year-old son, and their beloved staffy.

Known for her approachable nature and strong organisational skills, Jessica thrives on supporting both her team and clients through every step of the property journey. She especially values the positive, team-oriented culture at Buxton Inner West - making it a place she genuinely enjoys coming to every day.

When she’s not working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family at local parks and markets, unwinding with a glass of red over dinner at nearby pubs and restaurants, trying out local cafés, and occasionally heading to the races with friends. She’s also in the thick of renovating their home - adding another layer of project management to her already impressive skill set.
