Born and raised in Williamstown, Laura has spent her entire life immersed in Melbourne’s Inner West. Her passion for real estate began in her teenage years when she spent weekends exploring open homes for fun. This early interest naturally led her to pursue a career in the industry straight after school, starting in reception and marketing.

With a diverse professional background, Laura has been a valuable part of the team for quite some time, taking on various positions at Buxton Inner West such as marketing and administration, and Executive Assistant to Director, Matthew John. Now, as Operations & Marketing Coordinator, Laura works closely with Managing Director Tristan to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. She also plays a key role in supporting vendors throughout their sales campaigns, offering expert supplier management, marketing, and administrative assistance at every step, ensuring a seamless and successful process.

Known for her positive energy and strong work ethic, Laura thrives on fostering a supportive, fun and efficient environment. She approaches every task with professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys exploring Melbourne’s vibrant hospitality scene. You won’t be surprised to find her at a local wine bar or beer garden with a glass of rosé in hand. She and her partner, Dylan, love discovering new restaurants and escaping to the Bellarine Peninsula for beach getaways and winery visits with family and friends. They also enjoy coastal walks with their adorable and energetic Kelpie X, Otis, with a coffee in hand, one of their favorite ways to unwind.

With strong ties to the community, Laura’s family has been involved in the Williamstown Lacrosse Club for generations. While she has a deep connection to the local area, her AFL loyalty lies with St Kilda, thanks to Dylan. She follows the team with a healthy mix of loyalty, regret, and lighthearted humor.
