With a lifelong connection to Melbourne’s west, Naomi brings genuine local insight and a warm, community-minded approach to her role. Growing up in Werribee and now calling Yarraville home for the past eight years, she understands the unique character, culture and village feel that make the Inner West such a special place to live.
Naomi began her career in Yarraville’s beauty therapy industry, where she spent more than a decade building the communication, empathy and people-focused skills that have become the hallmark of her work today. Thirteen years ago, she transitioned into real estate, establishing a long and trusted career in Property Management. Known for her helpful nature and sincere approach, she is committed to supporting owners with their investment properties while ensuring renters feel respected, safe, and genuinely cared for.
For Naomi, the most rewarding part of her role lies in the relationships she builds - many of which have grown into long-term, multi-year client connections. She believes consistent communication is key to preventing issues and creating smooth, positive experiences for everyone involved.
Outside of work, Naomi embraces the easygoing lifestyle of the Inner West. She enjoys weekend getaways to the country or the beach, walking her dog, and spending time with her friends and neighbours. A creative at heart, she loves cooking and experimenting with new recipes, taking photos, decorating, and slowly renovating her home. Some of her favourite local spots include Luxsmith, Barkley Johnson and Cruickshank Park - places that reflect the welcoming, community-centric vibe she loves about Yarraville. Like any true Westie, Naomi is an AFL footy fan - so much so, that she follows three teams: Hawthorn, Collingwood and Footscray - just to keep things interesting!
Warm, genuine and deeply grounded in the local area, Naomi brings care, consistency and a true people-first approach to every property she manages.
