Having joined the industry straight out of school at the age of 18 Real Estate has not only been a career but a passion.

Jason's Real Estate career has seen him be responsible for the leadership of a number of award winning Agency's as well as spending over 6 years within major Franchise Groups across Australasia as a Business Development Executive. Specialising in the field of leadership, recruitment, sales, property management, business systems, mentoring, franchising and business development.

Jason is excited to bring his knowledge to the Buxton Group as the Managing Director of the Dingley Village, Keysborough and Chelsea Offices.

Living locally in Bayside, Mordialloc and having been involved in the Industry for in excess of 30 years Jason has grown a large network of clients and colleagues.

Today most of his business and team recruitment comes from repeat and referral clients and his broader network demonstrating that Jason's honesty, knowledge and relaxed approach is what people look for when either joining an agency as an employee or in choosing an agent to help them with their property needs.

At home Jason loves spending time with his two children Josh and Olivia, his wife Kath and their dog Archie.
