A diverse career includes retail store management of which Sylvia achieved the No.1 Store for the year nationally; progressing to National Area Manager for Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia and then a position in Compliance and Operations. Sylvia has also worked hand in hand with the property management department and had adopted a reputation for calling her landlords and tenants to have a casual ‘chat’ and ensure they are well looked after – offering that personal touch!
