What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I was born and raised in Geelong, and I still live locally with strong family and community ties. My children attend local schools, and I’m involved through football, cricket, school sponsorships, charity auctions and local events. Supporting local businesses and giving back to the community is a big part of who I am.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Clients often comment on my honesty. I don’t sugarcoat advice, because I believe being clear from the start helps reduce days on market and achieve the strongest possible result. I build rapport early, do what I say I will do and stay true to my clients throughout the campaign.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
When I started in real estate, I wanted to succeed by listing and selling property, but over time I found real reward in supporting others. As an owner, my role is to train, guide and help our staff grow both professionally and personally. Seeing our team develop is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
