Prior to building, a life as a professional triathlete helped develop his drive and determination to succeed that has carried on into his real estate career.

What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?

I love the simple sense of connection here, from a nod to neighbours to casual conversations with locals. Living beside the ocean also gives this region a feeling of security, lifestyle and home.

What do your clients commonly say you do differently?

Clients often recognise our professionalism. We may have friendly local relationships, but when there is a job to do, we separate friendship from the business outcome required.

Tell us about any community initiatives you’re proud of

The under-14 girls basketball team we support is closest to my heart because one of my daughters plays in the team. Being involved weekly shows the impact time and support can have on small organisations.
