Based at our Sorrento/Blairgowrie offices, Melissa Temple brings a wealth of real estate experience, having launched her career in 2007 straight after completing VCE. Starting with a part-time weekend reception role during Year 12, Melissa quickly fell in love with property, securing a traineeship and never looking back.



Her career spans Sales, Property Management, and Business Development, and she is now a fully licensed estate agent. A career highlight includes being named the 2023/2024 Buxton Network Property Manager of the Year, along with being a finalist in the prestigious REB Awards — though she's far too humble to boast about it.

Melissa is renowned for her standout communication skills and fast response times — qualities that have consistently set her apart in the industry. She thrives on the diversity of Property Management, from building relationships with people to working with the stunning properties across the Peninsula.

Having called the Mornington Peninsula home for over five years, Melissa loves exploring the region with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, you’ll find her running, watching the footy, catching up with friends, and soaking in everything the Peninsula has to offer.
