She quickly advanced to roles such as Portfolio Manager, Senior Property Manager, and eventually became a business owner with her own property management agency. As Head of Property Management and Business Development Manager for Buxton Mornington Peninsula, Licensed Estate Agent Emma leads business growth across our 4 offices.

Emma’s passion for real estate was ignited by her mother, who worked in the industry. She loves the ever-changing nature of the industry, the diverse clientele, and the heartwarming experience of helping clients achieve their investment goals. Emma has worked in a broad range of areas, exposing her to many circumstances and complex situations, allowing her to think outside the box and initiate creative strategies to achieve desirable outcomes for clients. As an investor herself, she understands the importance of maintaining a positive tenancy experience for both property owners and renters.

In her personal life, Emma cherishes spending time with her husband and daughter, enjoying local beaches and restaurants, fishing in Port Phillip Bay and Westernport Bay, and enjoying the lifestyle the Mornington Peninsula offers.
