Now, by joining forces with Cayzer to form Buxton | Cayzer in Bayside Melbourne, we’re proud to continue that legacy through aligned community values and deep local knowledge. This collaboration expands our network to 36 offices in Victoria – and while our footprint continues to grow, our connection to local communities remains at the heart of everything we do.

With over 160 years of history in Victoria, this next chapter honours our past while embracing the future. Our unified database now provides greater exposure, seamless collaboration, and broader opportunities for buyers, sellers, and renters alike.

Managing Directors, Matthew Young and Arthur Apostoleros from Buxton Port Phillip, share the vision behind this strategic move - “Our goal in acquiring Cayzer was to expand our market share and elevate our offering across Port Phillip. Cayzer’s strong client base and respected brand identity make them a natural fit for our Business.”

For Geoff Cayzer, Founder of Cayzer Real Estate, this move also serves as a personal home-coming. “In successfully merging my business with Buxton, a company I’ve long admired, represents the coming together of the best of both worlds. As part of this transition, Buxton Port Melbourne will move to Cayzer’s larger office at 370 Bay Street, while the Montague Street location becomes Buxton | Cayzer Albert Park. These offices will temporarily operate under a co-branded identity to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
