For 165 years, Buxton has been more than a property partner - we’ve been part of every generation, shaping homes, lives, and communities across Victoria. 2025 may have been our biggest year yet, but it’s only the beginning.
This year’s theme, Modern Victorian, struck the balance we know best: honouring our heritage while embracing progress. It set the stage for recognising the outstanding achievements of our people. Congratulations to every winner, finalist, and nominee - your dedication, drive, and results set new benchmarks not just for Buxton, but for our industry.
When we’re all together in one room, it’s electric. The camaraderie, the pride, the shared purpose - it reminds us why we do what we do. This year we celebrated not only the wins on stage, but also the collective effort of those who make them possible.
Shining a Spotlight on Our Unsung Heroes
Behind every agent and property manager is a team of people who keep the wheels turning. They’re our administration, personal assistants, and marketing teams: the quiet strength who make the impossible seem effortless. This year, we brought them to the stage, sharing the spotlight and gifting each a rose as a small but sincere thank you. We simply couldn’t do it without them.

Making a Difference
Together, we raised $22,276 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation through our Charity Auction and Raffle. Auctioneer Mathew Cox and his protégé Nancy Yang lit up the room with energy and generosity, inspiring the crowd to give big.
For 18 years, Buxton has proudly stood alongside NBCF, raising awareness and contributing over $1.5 million to vital research. Every dollar takes us closer to a future with zero deaths from breast cancer: a powerful reminder that progress is about more than property. It’s about people, community, and making a real impact. 2026 Elite Retreat: Beijing & Shanghai
The room came to life again as a traditional Chinese lion dance burst into the room showcasing a dazzling display of stunts, rhythm, and energy, spreading blessings of good fortune and prosperity. Oranges flew into the crowd, carrying the tradition of luck and good health for those who caught them.
This spectacular moment unveiled next year’s destination: the 2026 Elite Retreat. An overseas adventure to Beijing and Shanghai, it promises unforgettable experiences for agents who achieve Elite status in the 25/26 financial year.
