LOCAL LIFE

This week's Get Out seems to feature a lot of food and booze. We sense a pattern here...anyways, up you get, off you go and get out and about this weekend.

BUY
Elwood Community Market
Elwood Primary School
Details

The Elwood Market’s been around for a while now and is always a lovely way to spend your Saturday morning. A vibrant, community event, the market is a treasure trove of vintage goods, clothing, hand made wares, records, books and plants, all for the good cause of Elwood Primary School. Plus, as proud Strayans, it is our patriotic duty to be where the sausage sizzle at...I could low key live off sausage sizzle forever, and I know I’m not alone on that one…

DRINK (FOR A GOOD CAUSE, OF COURSE)

Brewmanity Beer March
Palace Hotel

If you’ve ever copped it for drinking too much, now you can turn the tables by participating in the Brewmanity Beer March at South Melbourne’s Palace Hotel. Brewed out of Colonial Brewing, Brewmanity is currently producing some excellent beers, whilst contributing to #FightMND along the way by donating a significant amount of their proceeds to the cause. Head to the Palace, drink Brewmanity’s beers, be in the chance to win tickets to this year’s Big Freeze at the G and tell your better half it's all for a good cause.
