How do you make a business easier to work in, and easier to do business with?

Buxton Mornington Peninsula is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who is passionate about making businesses work better. 

Working closely with our leadership group, you will help shape the systems, processes and operational foundations that support our people, our clients and the continued growth of our business. 

This is not simply about keeping things running. We are looking for someone who sees opportunities to improve, simplify and create better ways of working. 

The Role

You will take ownership of the operational systems and processes that underpin our business, with a focus on efficiency, consistency and continuous improvement. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Improving systems, workflows and processes across the business 
• Identifying opportunities to simplify and streamline the way we work 
• Creating greater consistency across offices and teams 
• Supporting the effective use and adoption of technology 
• Developing clear operational procedures and documentation 
• Working with leadership and team members to identify challenges and implement practical solutions 
• Ensuring operational improvements support a seamless client experience 

About You

You are organised, reliable and responsible, with the ability to see both the detail and the bigger picture. 

You naturally look for better ways of doing things and, importantly, know how to turn ideas into practical solutions that people will use. 

You will bring: 

• Proven experience in an operations focused role 
• Strong knowledge of real estate operations and the client journey 
• Box and Dice experience, essential 
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Full Estate Agent Licence 

Microsoft Sharepoint and Mac product knowledge will be considered an advantage. 

This is not a role for someone who simply maintains what already exists. 

We are looking for someone who will question, improve, build and evolve.
