The Aspendale to Carrum Foreshore Reserve is extremely loved as a recreational reserve supporting local Life Saving and Boating clubs. Ten clubhouses are located along the beach between Mordialloc and Carrum including Patterson River Motor Boat Club, Carrum Sailing Club, as well as several Surf Life Saving Clubs.

Parks

Chelsea is home to some of the nicest parks for you, your kids & your pooches. Bicentennial Park is an old favourite with many locals who know it as Mount Chelsea. The park is located on Scotch Parade, Chelsea and features a regional play space, kilometres of walking trails with links to the Long Beach Trail and the Chelsea Netball Centre. Next to the beach you can enjoy the lighthouse and sandcastle playground at Victory Park. The park features a lighthouse with spiral staircase and great views across the Bay, a sandcastle, sand pit diggers, swings, and a boat, located on The Strand, Chelsea.
