The Block returned to screens on Sunday, 2 August, bringing five homes, big ambitions and plenty of competition to the Mornington Peninsula.

For Buxton, it’s another opportunity to showcase the strength of our people, our deep local knowledge and the power of our connected network on one of Australia’s biggest property stages — while proudly supporting Lisa and Rosco as they bring House 3 to life.

Back-to-back on The Block

For Mark Nunn, this season brings the chance to go back-to-back.

Last year, Mark was the selling agent behind Britt and Taz’s winning House 3, which sold for $3.41 million. This year, he’s back representing another House 3 — this time alongside Daniel Wright, bringing together experience from across the Buxton network.

“I was lucky last year and had a great couple in Britt and Taz, and this year I’ve got another awesome couple in Lisa and Rosco. They are just really good people, and we’re getting along like a house on fire.”

Mark’s experience from last season gives him a unique perspective on what lies ahead. But the focus remains simple: putting the best possible campaign around Lisa and Rosco, their home and the opportunity it presents.

And they’re not doing it alone.

“We’re fortunate at Buxton that we’ve got such a great network across Victoria so they don’t just get me but the whole network promoting and singing the praises of House 3.”

Two agents, one team

While Mark brings first-hand experience from The Block, Daniel brings deep local knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula and the Chelsea market.

Together, they’re working as one team to represent Lisa and Rosco and connect House 3 with the right buyers.

For a home as unique as a Block property, that means looking beyond the traditional campaign — understanding the home, the opportunity it presents and the lifestyle that comes with living in Mount Eliza.

For Mark, the relationship with Lisa and Rosco, combined with his previous experience with the show, made the opportunity a natural fit.

Why Mount Eliza?

Mount Eliza is one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most established and sought-after residential communities, known for its coastal setting, village atmosphere, schools, parks and easy connection to Melbourne.

It’s a location that continues to attract people looking for more from where they live — whether that’s a family home, a lifestyle change or a long-term investment.

And with The Block homes offering brand-new builds in an established pocket, Mark sees plenty of potential for buyers.

“That just makes them even more attractive.”

Beyond the show itself, The Block is shining a national spotlight on Mount Eliza — showcasing the architecture, property and lifestyle that make the area so sought-after.
